About the role This is a newly created role in which you'll be working hand in hand with the Site Manager, leading both transformational improvement projects as well as identifying and removing barriers that create opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce waste across the plant.
In this role you'll have the opportunity to champion cross-functional collaboration between production, maintenance, food safety and quality to implement continuous improvement initiatives, creating a culture of continuous optimisation that positively impacts the overall business.
Skills & Experience Strong leadership experience in operations, production, engineering, or continuous improvement.
Proven track record within the food, beverage or dairy industry.
Demonstrated expertise in Continuous Improvement/LEAN methodologies, with a history of successfully driving process improvements.
Yellow or Green Belt Certified in LEAN Six Sigma.
