Your Role
As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation. You will be the right hand of the Managing Director, ensuring seamless operations and providing crucial support.

Experience: You have a proven track record as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
Efficiency: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple tasks with grace and precision.
Communication: Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are your strong suit.
Organisation: You're a master of organisation, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
Initiative: You're proactive and can anticipate the needs of the Managing Director.
Your Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Managing Director's personal and professional schedule, prioritising meetings, and commitments.
Travel Coordination: Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
Correspondence: Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications and draft, review, and proofread emails, reports, and documents. Coordinate, collate and distribute Advisory Board packs
Meeting Support: Prepare meeting materials, attend key meetings, and assist with follow-up actions.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Miscellaneous: Collating and reconciling receipts and invoices for purchases made on the MDs/own corporate credit cards, assisting HR & Operations Manager with corporate events/functions including (but not limited to) quotes, bookings, run sheets, and entertainment.
