You will be responsible for supervising customer service operations, responding to customer enquiries and feedback in a professional and friendly manner, and training the customer service team to deliver an excellent experience.The successful applicant will have demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, experience in supervising and leading a team in a customer service environment, and demonstrated experience in point of sale software management systems.
