About the Role:
As the Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing modern marketing strategies that grow brand recognition, generate quality leads, and build strong customer connections. You'll manage digital platforms, oversee social media content, execute targeted campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams and industry partners—all while keeping a close eye on performance metrics and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Growth:
1. Develop and implement growth strategies to strengthen market presence and engagement.
2. Drive brand recognition through targeted campaigns and innovative initiatives.
3. Collaborate with sales teams, suppliers, and industry partners on compelling marketing collateral and campaigns.
Digital & Social Media Management:
1. Manage and optimise social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
2. Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
3. Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm updates, and best practices for maximum reach.
Content Creation & Advertising:
1. Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads.
2. Lead development of short-form video content (TikTok & other platforms).
3. Implement SEO-driven content strategies to boost visibility.
Budget Management & Performance Tracking:
1. Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation for maximum ROI.
2. Track and analyse key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS) across campaigns.
3. Provide budget reports and recommendations for optimisation.
Performance Analytics & Optimisation:
1. Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools to monitor and report on marketing performance.
2. Continuously refine strategies based on data, market trends, and audience behaviour.
Event & Promotional Coordination:
1. Plan and coordinate promotional materials, events, and trade show participation.
2. Ensure all marketing initiatives align with business goals and objectives.
About You:
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results-focused marketer who thrives on balancing content creation with analytical insights. You’ll have a strong understanding of digital platforms, a passion for brand storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
What You’ll Bring:
1. Proven experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role.
2. Strong skills in social media management, digital advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
3. Experience with content creation, SEO strategies, and paid campaign management.
4. Confidence in using marketing performance tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
5. Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills.
6. Experience managing budgets and optimising marketing spend.
