With ambitious plans to introduce even more groundbreaking products, there's no better time to join our team and accelerate your career to new heights!What We Offer: A healthy work/life balance with work-from-home optionsA purpose-driven culture that thrives on energy and collaborationPrioritisation of well-being with dedicated mental health daysAmple opportunities for career advancementAccess to 24/7 counselling services for both you and your familyAbout the Role: Reporting to the National Fleet Sales Manager based in Mulgrave, you will support the GWM Australia business plan by exploring opportunities (including LCV & EV) with state/local Government and Corporates.Key Responsibilities: Regular meetings with our Dealer Network to assist them in identifying opportunities in the Fleet space.Complete tenders/pricing submissions where required.Provide high level EV training to the network in conjunction with Product and local Area Sales Manager.Build relationships with FMO's and provide assistance, training, product presentations and evaluation vehicles.Working with region to ensure stock is turned over and no aged stock remains.Identifying and qualifying LCV opportunities.Identifying and qualifying EV opportunities to assist our reduction in vehicle emissions.Assist with Western Region and Central Region to achieve monthly sales targets and market share objectives.Convert existing ICE fleets to BEV fleets to assist with their own emissions.Proactively manage evaluation fleet to ensure limited downtime.Attend various Fleet industry functions as a representative of GWM Australia.In conjunction with Finance/Legal, observe corporate & statutory guidelines to identify/minimalize/eliminate and areas of legal risk for GWM Australia vehicle sales.Skills and Experience: A minimum 3 year's sales experience (preferably within the Automotive or Fleet Management industries; in a wholesale or retail environment)Tertiary education / qualifications in a business discipline, an advantage.Exceptional communication skills (able to effectively construct business correspondence and communicate face to face across all levels i.e. Corporate/Government/Rental Business Customers & Dealers)Existing base of contacts to target.Intermediate computer skills; Microsoft Office.Join Our Rapidly Expanding Team!
