About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CCP Program Test Manager to join our client's team. This role is crucial for leading the testing activities within a significant program, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale testing projects and a strong background in test strategy development and execution.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Test Team for the project, including Test Leads, Test Analysts, Automation, and Technical Test Analysts. Develop and manage comprehensive test strategies and plans for various testing phases. Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for System Test, Integration Test, User Acceptance Testing, Production Verification Testing, Market Testing, and Bi-lateral testing. Ensure all test documentation and products are of the highest quality, maintaining traceability and correctness. Engage with business and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality testing and support the Business Analysis & Solution Design teams. Manage defect resolution testing, test team management, and reporting. Mentor team members and transition intellectual property and processes to ensure future success. Qualifications and Skills: ISTQB Foundation certification. Proficiency in Testing & Defect Management toolsets. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative. The ability to handle high-pressure environments with complex systems. Strong stakeholder management skills. Experience in Agile projects, including writing Epics/User Stories and managing test execution using JIRA/Confluence/Xray. Automation process setup and execution experience.
