How You'll Shine
1. Manage the activities and performance of the Guest Experience Hosts in the absence of the Guest Experience Host Manager
2. Schedule onsite resident guests to Owner Updates or regular Club presentations, as appropriate, during the guest’s stay at the resort propert
3. Greeting and registering of owners and guests
4. Providing information on local area attractions
5. Completion of all department-related paperwork
6. Using all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computers
7. Meet guests face to face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream
8. Establish commonality and build rapport with your customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
9. Work closely with the resort operations team in order to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check in process
10. Clearly articulate the benefit of traveling within Wyndham Destinations community
11. Meet targets and KPI's as set by the business
12. This role requires you to be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.

What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will be:
16. Previous experience within a similar hotel position
17. Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
18. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
19. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
20. Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
21. High levels of computer literacy
22. Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageous
23. Have the ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
24. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
