Requirements
Individuals who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander are encouraged to apply.
The requirements for these roles include:
* Experience in housing management or a related field, ideally within social or community housing.
* Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of individuals.
* Sound knowledge of housing regulations, tenancy rights, and property management best practices.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
* High level of empathy and the ability to address sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
* Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required for site visits.
* Probity checks including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police check.
