The Opportunity We are seeking a Pharmacist to join Slade Pharmacy in a permanent part-time position. In this role, you will be working across Brisbane Waters Private Hospital and Gosford Private Hospital, which are located approximately 13 kilometres apart. This is a permanent part-time position, working 62-hours fortnights. Shifts are as follow: Gosford – Monday & Tuesday, 8.30am - 4.30pm Brisbane Waters – Thursday & Friday, 8.00am – 4.30pm *Shift hours include a 30-minute break You will be working with multidisciplinary hospital teams with a focus on delivering exceptional pharmacy services to patients. About the Role Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients Support patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines Review and completion of monthly reports About You We welcome all Pharmacists to apply, whether you are an experienced Hospital Pharmacist or an aspiring Community Pharmacist.
