Job Description:
Candidates will be responsible for managing daily office operations, including client service coordination, scheduling appointments, and providing essential administrative support.
The successful candidate will oversee and allocate office resources such as personnel, space, and equipment to ensure smooth operations and optimal productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client relationships and develop tailored service plans to meet their needs.
* Track client progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.
* Collaborate with professionals to facilitate effective communication and resolve operational challenges.
* Implement client satisfaction initiatives and collect feedback to improve office processes.
* Support the recruitment team, training, performance management, and payroll functions.
* Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure an organized workspace.
This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $70,000 to $80,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
