About the role We have an exciting new opening for a Customer Acquisition & Onboarding Manager within our Customer Lifecycle Management team, available as a 9-month fixed-term full-time contract. What you'll be doing Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager – Retention & Growth, you'll be responsible for the strategy and execution for acquiring and onboarding known Coles Group customers. You'll also: Focus on acquiring new customers and migrating existing known customers through various channels and marketing campaigns. Develop strategies to attract and convert leads into customers. Manage the onboarding process for new customers to ensure a smooth transition and grow key onboarding metrics. Partner with Customer, Loyalty, Digital and other key business functions to support the growth of Coles 1st Party Data. What you bring In this role, you will leverage your experience in Customer Lifecycle Management strategy and execution, focusing on both acquisition, onboarding and retention. You'll excel at project management, stakeholder management, communicating information clearly and influencing others with ease. Your ability to think critically, solve problems, and develop actionable plans will be key to your success. Additionally, you'll bring expertise in data driven marketing and analytics, working with large datasets and audiences. You'll also need Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Business/Commerce5+ years' experience in CRM/ Loyalty/ Direct Marketing/Digital Marketing and DataHighly developed Martech, data and analytics literacyPeople management experience, desirableCustomer Segmentation and targetingCampaign planning and delivery.
