We Want You, If: You have 1-4 years of experience and seek a challenging role OR are a New Graduate looking for your first role in a work/life balanced organisation You seek a supportive environment to grow into leadership or clinical excellence in your chosen interest area You're passionate about enhancing services in rural, remote, and indigenous communities to make a career impact You seek an exciting job with access to beautiful clinics and community outreach services You're fun, friendly, and eager to join a dynamic team passionate about their work You relish challenges and are excited about working with complex, multi-disciplinary clients You seek an organization prioritizing support, professional development, and team culture You're confident in paediatric therapy decision-making and problem-solving Main Responsibilities Include: Treating a varied caseload of rural generalist clients across the lifespan, Collaborating with allied health pros, local primary healthcare, and support workers to achieve client goals Providing outreach services to smaller towns in the region – in fully resourced paediatrics and adults clinics, in community and aboriginal health-care centres, schools, kindergartens, & shearing sheds Running existing group therapy classes and contributing to service development Actively engaging in weekly multi-disciplinary case conferences for complex NDIS clients Joining internal PD weekends away with river cruises, vineyard visits, and benefit from insights from national Physiotherapy leaders Influence change in rural health and contribute to the education of the wider community by engaging in community events and contributing to social media as a thought leader in physiotherapy. Why Move to the Bush? In each of their locations there is so much to love – bush-walks, gorgeous rivers & camping spots, hot-springs, classic country pubs, sporting groups, close-knit communities (who are so grateful to have you), music events, art & music festivals, country races and so much more. Salary Information: $85,000 - $125,000 per annum. Other Benefits: $500 Festival allowance.
