We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Portfolio RAID & Decisions Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Portfolio RAID Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and the Decisions Register, ensuring their accuracy and effective utilization across projects. This position requires strong engagement with diverse stakeholders and the ability to operate efficiently in a multi-vendor environment.
Responsibilities RAID Management:Maintain and manage the Portfolio RAID Register, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are documented, monitored, and updated regularly.Provide oversight and support for project teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively.Ensure dependencies are tracked, communicated, and addressed in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Decisions Register:Manage the Decisions Register, ensuring all decisions are clearly documented, justified, and communicated across the portfolio.Support governance processes by preparing updates on key decisions and their impacts.Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with functional and technical stakeholders across a multi-vendor landscape to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.Act as a liaison between project teams and senior executives, providing clear and concise updates on RAID and decision matters.Communication:Produce high-quality reports and presentations for a variety of audiences, including senior executives.Facilitate discussions and workshops to drive clarity and resolution on risks, issues, and dependencies.Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in project delivery, preferably as a mid-level Project Manager.Demonstrated expertise in managing RAID and Decisions Registers within complex environments.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse groups, including senior executives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Experience working in a multi-vendor landscape is highly desirable.Key Attributes: Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk mitigation.Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.Flexible and adaptable to changing project demands.Talented, committed, can-do individuals have always been the cornerstone of our dynamic organisation.
