Role Overview
The front of house team member plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Main Responsibilities:
* Greet and seat customers in a timely manner.
* Clean, clear, and reset tables to maintain a clean and organized environment.
* Take orders, make payments, and provide excellent customer service.
* Prepare beverages and cocktails according to our menu standards.
* Wash and restock glassware to ensure we always have what we need.
* Manage customer interactions, anticipate potential RSA issues, and provide prompt assistance.
* Attend to gaming machines, process payouts, and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
Requirements
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
* Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) – applicable to gaming positions only
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
* Flexible roster that includes weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and public holidays
* Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
