As we look to add a new Assistant Store Manager to the team, our ideal candidate for this role sees Store Management as their next step. With an existing understanding of sales and people management skills, likely from a senior sales or supervisor role, this opportunity will take you beyond the foundations of leadership and have you initiating and managing change, executing company strategies, and managing performance at a higher level.
