Our projects include routine maintenance, break-in works and preventative measures with all works being finalised through our rigorous quality control procedures ensuring each close-out meets and exceeds industry standards and our own quality assurance standards.Our Head Office is based in Allenby Gardens.About the Role: Reporting to the Accounts Manager and Office Manager, you will provide support to the Accounts team, assisting with day-to-day payables functions, and providing support for receivables and administration where required.This is a part-time role and would be suitable for those who need to work within school hours.Responsibilities:Expense coding and initiating weekly payment runsLiaising with clients to confirm appropriate invoicingExpense reimbursement preparation and record keepingMonitor Accounts Payable inbox and respond in a timely mannerAssisting with high-volume data entryCreate and monitor purchase orders as requested by other DepartmentsProvide regular reports to management and other DepartmentsProvide support to Accounts ManagerSkills & Experience:Experience with XeroExperience with MS Office products, particularly ExcelHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritise work and remain organisedPrior experience in Accounts Payable or ReceivableHow to Apply: Please apply via the link below: hr.department@keanenergy.auKean Energy Resources is an equal opportunity employer.
