Job Description Responsibilities This position is integral to our mission, driving forward key initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our team. Your expertise will shape our strategic direction and operational efficiency, directly impacting our innovation, growth, and the maintenance of SLSA's iconic Australian brand. Campaign Management | Develop, execute and evaluate SLSA marketing campaigns, ensuring they are in line with centralised strategy, business needs, and mission. People Management | Lead and develop direct reports, creating a positive, collaborative working environment. Stakeholder Relationship s | Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, allowing to effectively implement SLSA marketing plans. Desired Skills and Experience Who You Are Our ideal candidate will have: 1) Qualifications / experience Relevant Tertiary qualifications and/or a minimum of six (6) years relevant experience in the areas of Brand, Marketing or Digital or relevant discipline Demonstrated experience in sports, entertainment, fundraising or previous experience working in the community services sector – highly desirable. 2) Skills and Attributes: Ability to liaise and negotiate with all levels of staff and management. Excellent time management and strong work ethic. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to prioritise competing work demands. Professional and articulate communication, both written and verbal. High level of attention to detail. Highly analytical and problem-solving skills. Engaging and collaborative team player.
