Key Responsibilities: Develop robust engineering designs for civil and structural components, with a focus on mining infrastructure.Execution of project deliverables, timelines, and quality of civil and structural design elements such as concrete foundations and steel structures.Lead and manage design projects related to civil and structural elements in the mining sector.Ensure design tasks, activities and deliverables are formatted, progressed, checked, reviewed and completed in accordance with company and project requirements, procedures and systems, whilst maintaining consistency.Collaborate closely with highly skilled designers to create innovative solutions specific to mining-related civil engineering. About You: The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a passion for discovery and a commitment to workplace wellbeing and safety. As part of a small, tight-knit team, strong relationship building and communication skills will be critical in this role. Skills and Experience: Tertiary qualification in Structural/Civil Engineering or similar, with 7+ years of Multidisciplinary Engineering experience in the mining and resources sector.Familiarity with structural engineering software packages such as Spacegass and Ansys desirable.Practical experience in construction, commissioning, and/or operations in bulk materials and minerals processing industries.Good presentation and communication skills at all levels.Demonstrated understanding of industry safety and environmental standards.
