Reporting to the Chief Retail Banking Officer, your key responsibilities will include: Assist the Chief Retail Banking Officer in the development of the strategy and structure of the Retail Banking team, and work towards execution Accountable for Retail Banking performance, including the achievement KPIs, growth targets and risk requirements Motivate and coach RM's and CSM's to build and foster strong client relationships and referral networks Work with the Business Banking channel to refer business to achieve the Bank's overall growth strategy Overseeing smooth transferrals between distribution channels, enabling an overall satisfying customer experience Promote the Bank's image within the communities through attendance at functions, events and activities Achieve Asset Quality of Portfolio through management of non-performing loans, excesses and arrears and the finalisation of outstanding audit items Minimise operational risk for the Bank through the diligent review of lending procedures, branch procedures and staff practices Ensure credit applications of the highest standard, are prepared in accordance with the Bank's Credit Guidelines/Procedures (Credit Manual) and are timely About You We are seeking someone who has the following qualifications, skills and experience: Tertiary qualifications in banking / finance / economics related areas Minimum 7 years' management experience in a financial service, sales-based role in related industry Previous regional management of a multi-site retail banking operation advantageous Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to Detail Sounds like you?
