About the role
This role is pivotal in building the capability and reliability of our clinical workforce. The Clinical Educator works in partnership with the Clinical Development Partners to deliver our clinical development strategy and key outcomes identified by the Quality Improvement Committee.
This is a site-based role conducting technical nursing skill assessments and delivering content and will be based in Adelaide, SA. You will need to be able to travel regularly and be flexible with your start and finish times to ensure that we support our clinical workforce.
To be successful in this role you will have:
1. Nursing experience in Aged Care or a clinically related discipline, with AHPRA registration
2. Recent or current acute/sub-acute nursing experience, along with technical nursing and clinical assessment skills
3. Strong relationship management and advanced influencing skills with excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
4. Experience in delivering training plans and programs and proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
5. Strong organisational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
6. Demonstrated high level reflective and critical analysis skills
7. Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
