The exciting opportunity:
* Clinical management of a 30 bed facility accredited until May 2027
* Provide direction, support and mentoring to a small care team of staff who respond well to leadership
* Ensure all care plans are current and documentation is in line with aged care standards
* Conduct audits and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
* Design, implement and review quality initiatives so best practice care is delivered
* Develop positive relationships with residents and families to create client directed care outcomes, and investigate and respond to feedback and complaints

About you:
* Experienced as a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Manager within residential aged care
* A confident manager who will set clear expectations and provide mentoring and training to staff
* Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team, and prioritise tasks according to the needs of residents and the facility
* Energetic, personable, resilient, and passionate about delivering person centred, culturally sensitive care
* Unlimited working rights in Australia
