ONSITE IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician to join our team in providing onsite and remote technical support for various contractual tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site assistance with console access to routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
* Offer remote support to clients as needed
* Perform L1 and L2 IT/networking-related tasks, including desktop support, server/rack part replacement, hardware installation, and troubleshooting
Requirements:
* Expertise in System Desktop Administration, Customer Service, Incident/Change/Release management, and support for various third-party applications on Windows platforms
* Professionally trained and certified in IT Infrastructure Library and Windows Server Administration
* Hands-on experience with different OS, including iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices
* Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, wireless LAN configuration, Ethernet desktop configuration issues, and subnetting
Preferred Skills:
* Programming techniques for various initiatives
* Troubleshooting and hands-on experience with different operating systems
About the Role:
This is a contractual position that offers flexibility in scheduling, with tickets dispatched based on your availability (weekdays, weekends) and location. You will be compensated either on an hourly or daily/half-day basis.
