Join an established team with a strong Site Manager, PM and CA. Responsibilities include:
Lead, guide, and mentor the on-site team and trade partners.Strategically manage the project program.Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service.Play a hands-on role, both with and without tools, to meet project demands.Implement a solution-based approach to mitigate risks.Oversee Health & Safety, quality, cost control, and budgeting.Ensure the project meets its Key Performance Objectives.Adhere to and ensure the team follows relevant policies, codes, and acts.Manage subcontractors effectively.Direct and lead site meetings and toolbox sessions. Essential skills and knowledge Requirements: You will come from a trade background (Carpentry preferred).Some experience delivering projects within a foreman role preferred but candidates who are keen to take the step up to managing their own jobs will be considered for a Jnr role.Can adapt to deliver projects across New Build, Fit Out and Refurbishment.Able to maintain a well-organized, clean and safe work site.Strong communication skills with the ability to build various stakeholder relationships.
