Job Description
Car Loans & Asset Finance:
Assist clients in securing car loans and other asset financing options, ensuring they receive the best deals available.
Client Onboarding:
Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through to final approval.
Deal Access & Placement:
Identify and match clients with the most suitable financing deals, knowing where to place each deal for optimal results.
Dealership Collaboration:
Work directly with dealerships, managing relationships and facilitating smooth transactions.
Lead Generation:
Proactively generate and follow up on leads to drive new business and grow the client base.
Application Processing:
Learn and manage the application process, including handling client inquiries and processing applications over the phone.
Client Communication:
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and answering queries throughout the financing process.
The Successful Applicant
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients over the phone and explain car loans and asset finance products clearly.
Proven ability to generate leads, actively seek new business, and convert opportunities into successful deals.
Comfortable managing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and accurate documentation.
Familiar with different financing options and able to determine the best placement for each deal.
Experience or willingness to work directly with dealerships to facilitate vehicle and asset transactions.
