Providing ongoing training for all employees, management's focus is on implementing streamlined processes, procedures, and support so you can focus on 5-star customer service.The benefits: A large brand with a stunning office space Up to $85K + Super + Company Car NO ROUTINES, NO LEASING, NO ENTRIES, NO ACCOUNTING 2 WFH days per week + leave at 4pm every day! 140 properties with assistance Team awards and social events Monday - Friday ONLY A very well-supported team environment The Role: Portfolio Management of 140 properties No trust accounting or invoicing No routines, open homes or entries Process and follow up on maintenance orders Prepare CMA's for lease renewals Issue leases Manage arrears Conduct exit reports Upload rental listings online Tenant sign-ups Liaise with owners and tenants The Candidate: Minimum 1 year experience in Property Management Current QLD Certificate of Registration A current driver's license An excellent problem solver The ability to work from home and autonomously without supervision Hard-working and honest work ethic Trustworthy and reliable Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships If you feel up to the challenge then we want to hear from you!
