Responsibilities: Manage Kitchen staff, including recruiting, training, performance and evaluation Oversee Menu Planning Maintain high food quality standards Control Inventory, ordering and cost management Ensure Compliance with Health and Safety regulations Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions if necessary Maintain kitchen equipment and facilities Monitor budget and contribute to cost - saving incentives Requirements: 2 + years of Kitchen Managment experience Culinary degree or equivalent experience Strong Leadership and Communication skills Ability to work under pressure Knowledge of labor laws, employment standards and regulations
