Architectural Studio Manager - Mid West/North WestH+H Architects is the largest regional-based architectural firm in Western Australia, with offices in Albany, Bunbury and Kalgoorlie.
We have experienced recent growth within our practice, including several projects in the Mid West, Gascoyne, Pilbara and Kimberley regions.
We would like to better service future projects in these regions via an office based in the Mid West or North West and are seeking an appropriately qualified and motivated Studio Manager to establish and lead a local team in the region, supported by the broader H+H Architects' practice.The Studio Manager we are looking for is a motivated, personable and approachable individual capable of assisting us to provide responsive design solutions for our regional communities, in line with our strategic plan and company values.
We work on challenging and interesting projects throughout regional Western Australia and aim to make a positive and lasting community impact.The Studio Manager must be willing to embed themselves in the community.
They will utilise existing relationships and form new relationships to generate a pipeline of project work and then manage a team to deliver those projects from inception to completion.
The role will be supported via the provision of a newly established office, architectural software, project management software, access to our team based in Albany, Bunbury & Kalgoorlie and the H+H administrative, financial and human resources team.
The establishment of the new office is already further supported via our past project work and existing reputation in the regions.Our preferred candidate will have worked on a range of projects including state & local government projects, multi-residential developments, complex commercial projects and master planning.
