Building strong working relationships with business stakeholders to provide superior customer support. New deal onboarding, deal structure consultation/workshop with stakeholders. Accurate review of documentation for serviceability and capture in core systems. Accurate and timely completion of other assigned tasks. Whether set up, fee calculation, reporting, documentation review or other assigned tasks, you are accountable to ensure workflow tools inclusive of OCP always reflect accurately. Contributing to a collaborative team environment within Lending Operations and the wider Institutional Operations Australia business. Ensuring self-compliance with all Edge accreditation as well as compliance with documented processes, procedures, and policies. What will you bring? Detailed, SME level knowledge of banking systems such as Loan IQ, CACHE, Orion, OCP and Razor. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through all issues to completion. Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. Sound knowledge and ability to use Microsoft products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills. You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
