You are a driver and facilitator of change and thrive in collaborative environments where team acknowledgement is more important than the individual.What you'll be doing:You will develop, implement and maintain a Project Management Framework and associated processes.You will drive a culture of excellence and ensure Project Managers are providing accurate and timely information on their projects.You will establish a standard for reporting on projects that provide key insights and understanding for decision-makers.You will prepare timely and accurate reports on project and program performance.You will facilitate monthly project control meetings to ensure appropriate governance.You will facilitate the development and delivery of our annual program in line with enterprise targets.You will share your knowledge across the team and the wider organisation.What you should have:You will have extensive experience in enterprise project/program management.You will have significant experience in developing and implementing project management processes to enable project performance metrics to be monitored and reported.Be comfortable working with large groups of people and sourcing information from across an organisation.Be analytical with strong attention to detail and be comfortable working with data and preparing reports.You will be comfortable presenting to various stakeholders.You will be a lifelong learner and have an inquisitive nature.An ability to apply a continuous improvement approach to Project Management.Enjoy having fun at work, working with people and passing on knowledge.We want to hear from you if this sounds exciting and aligns with your background and experience!Applications close on Friday 25 October 2024 at 11:55pm.In your application, please include/attach your Resume and a separate Cover Letter.
