We are excited to offer two General Manager - Community Mental Health positions to join our dynamic Eastern or Western Gippsland teams alongside our new Executive Director of Mental Health.
In these pivotal roles, you will provide strategic and operational leadership in delivering Community Mental Health services that are contemporary, safe, and consumer-focused.
As a General Manager, you will be empowered to shape the future of mental health care with a focus on strategic oversight, budget management, and performance development.
We seek leaders with strong people management, conflict resolution, and team-building skills who can foster a positive, high-performing culture within their team.
Key Responsibilities:

About You
The successful candidates will have:
* Current practicing registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
* Proven experience in senior management and high-level leadership
* Experience managing teams, budgets, performance development, and working to achieve Key Performance Indicators
* Experience successfully managing multiple stakeholders at all levels and forging effective partnerships across the health sector
