Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Writer/Business Analyst to support the delivery of our largest Federal Government Contact Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality technical documents that meet contractual obligations and adhere to ISO9001 standards.
* Develop and implement Information governance frameworks, including policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
* Ensure Optus business documentation follows required processes and quality certification standards.
* Manage technical documents via acceptable lifecycle processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Your Skills and Experience
* Experience in business processes, Systems Engineering, and change management.
* Background in Quality Management Systems process improvement and project management.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
* Consultancy experience in diagnostic, analysis, redesign, and implementation.
* Experience with Document/Knowledge Management systems and proficiency in desktop applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
* Australian citizenship and eligibility for Federal Government security clearance.
