ARMI provides wrap-around commercialization services to companies seeking to bring life-saving regenerative technologies to patients, as well as to innovators seeking to commercialize enabling technologies that will grow the industry's impact. ARMI is seeking a Managing Director for its Health Tech Hub accelerator program. Responsibilities The Managing Director will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Health Tech Hub accelerator program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Building strong professional relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including from industry, academia, and government; Managing the selection and onboarding process for participating companies; Working directly with participating companies to identify needs and make connections to resources; Recruiting Executives in Residence with expertise relevant to the objectives of the accelerator; Planning and conducting training and networking events; Managing the established budget, timeline and performance of the program; Documenting the impact of the program and reporting on outcomes. Required Competencies/Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required; degree in life sciences, business, and/or engineering preferred Strong, proven program leadership experience with demonstrated ability to develop strategy and manage cost, schedule, and performance Proven track record developing and deploying resources to assist with the launch and growth of technology-based startups, preferably in the life sciences Demonstrated experience working with technology investors, preferably in the life sciences Strong adaptability to change; demonstrated ability to successfully manage in the context of a high-growth environment Demonstrated experience working in a multi-stakeholder, multidisciplinary environment Proven record of accomplishment facilitating and/or raising funding (dilutive and non-dilutive) for emerging technology companies Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative team environment High energy, entrepreneurial drive, commitment, initiative, and perseverance Preferred Competencies Ph. D or Masters in related fields International business experience, especially in technology or the life sciences Familiarity with life sciences regulatory processes Federal grants experience Direct experience as a founding team member in a startup #J-18808-Ljbffr
