About the role
UNE is recruiting for a Director of Marketing to lead the team that develops and implements a comprehensive range of best practice brand, marketing and lead conversion strategies. The Marketing team utilise the full marketing mix to achieve student-based income targets in both the immediate and long terms. The position has management responsibility for all staff and functions within UNE Marketing and the Web Team. UNE is also currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager and Coordinator who will both form part of this team.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Successfully managed significant marketing campaigns as part of a team environment
· Worked at both a strategic and delivery level in an advertising or marketing environment with partner agencies including media
· Brand management experience regularly utilising contemporary marketing channels including; ATL, Digital and Direct.
Future Students and Engagement
The Future Students and Engagement Department at UNE oversees all external-facing functions at UNE with a comprehensive, integrated strategy. This includes marketing, advancement, alumni, social media, and corporate communications and events. The department focuses on engaging with industry partners, alumni, philanthropic supporters, governments and communities, while also attracting and connecting with prospective students. The team effectively showcases UNE's offerings, builds relationships with key stakeholders, and fosters a strong, connected community.
