The Role
The Workplace Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences by enhancing engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service within our clients' offices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the initial point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to workplace services.
* Collaborate with the account team to deliver experience services across all business lines, including Facility Management, Engineering, Transactions, and Projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, and knowledge of commercial real estate.
* Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.
* Strong prioritization and time management skills, as well as superior communication skills, written and verbal.
