The organisation focuses on working with complex individuals, systems and organisations across Australia, working with children through to adults. They provide a range of customised services, including Clinical / Behaviour Support, Psychology Services, Clinical Supervision, Therapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Cultural Consultancy, Training and Organisational Practice and Professional Development. Responsibilities: Assessing, diagnosing and managing clients who present with a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders; Participation in complex multidisciplinary assessments (e.g. FASD) Providing client support including clinic or home-based sessions, training and resource development; Working with low and high tech ACC. Essential Criteria: 1. A degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for certified practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia. Desirable Experience, Interest and Skills: 1. Experience or interest in working with people with intellectual disabilities and/or experiences of trauma who have complex needs; 2. Experience or interest in conducting Communication assessments, treatment planning and intervention for children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of presentations; and Mealtime Management.
