We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.What you will be doingThe Evaluation Manager will provide leadership, direction and oversight of evaluation projects including both large system transformations or government priority projects and smaller scale programs, such as pilot and projects suitable to rapid evaluations.The Evaluation Manager will deliver a comprehensive evaluation workplan.The evaluation work includes framing and planning evaluations, including selection of appropriate methods and development of data collection tools, and delivering evaluations end-to-end via data collection and analysis across a range of quantitative and qualitative methods, synthesis and reporting into evaluation reports.The Evaluation Manager will be responsible for ensuring evaluation projects are managed according to expected timeframes and scope including quality control and the delivery of high-quality evaluation reports that inform decision making and improvement.This role will liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the evaluation work is relevant and appropriate.
