Our client is a cabin accommodation and restaurant provider with an open air Poolside Bar and Bistro. They are looking for experienced Hotel Receptionist as working as part of their team.
To be suitable for this position you must be able too:
-greet and welcome visitors, including directing them to the appropriate location and person.
-record and arrange appointments
-answer and record inquiries. In addition to providing information on the goods, services and activities of the company
-receive and respond to complaints and queries
-maintain an adequate workspace
-arrange reservations and accommodation
-perform any other necessary clerical tasks
-you must have at least one year of relevant experience for the position however relevant experience may be substituted for on-job training.
