Cellar Door Sales Assistant About Us For three generations the Taylor family have crafted great Australian wines in the Clare Valley, South Australia. The Role: Partnering with the Cellar Door Operations Manager and the Cellar Door Supervisor; our Cellar Door Sales Assistants deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring our Cellar Door visitors have a friendly and positive experience to share with their friends and family. What you bring to the Role: If you are enthusiastic, energetic and enjoy positive customer interactions plus award-winning wines whilst working in a busy and vibrant environment, then we would love to hear from you. To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and qualifications Hospitality/Customer Service & Cellar Door Sales experience with a passion for wine Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification Computer literate Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills to deliver respectful and friendly communication Takes a proactive team approach with a high level of self-motivation, the ability to multitask and handle competing priorities Strong of attention to detail, time management skills and commitment to quality Has the flexibility and adaptability to work over a 7-day roster/period and assist team members as required.
