Barwon Health is committed to developing a vibrant culture of education, training and research that advances health and wellbeing for all.About the role:The Clinical Administration Officer is responsible for the delivery of consumer-focused administrative support that ensures equity of access throughout the patient's journey in Community Health and Rehabilitation programs. In addition, this role will assist the wider clinical and administration teams at the Community Health Chronic and Complex programs, Rehabilitation centres as well as the Local Access Teams by providing efficient and effective clerical support so as to achieve desired outcomes.This position is a casual position. The days of work are Monday to Friday with the opportunity to work additional hours to cover for planned and unplanned leave. The role may be required to support multiple Barwon Health clinical services depending on service delivery needs.While our team is well supported by allied health and clinical professionals, it would be advantageous for the successful applicant to have an understanding of and be able to interpret medical terminology.
