Your Role Reporting to the Workshop Manager, and working closely with all departments, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the mechanical workshop and maintain the distribution of various tools, chemicals and parts. Due to the urgent demands of corporate customers, triaging all jobs is crucial. Daily duties will require you to; Ensure that all tools are calibrated where necessary and maintained in good safe condition Effectively deal with technician’s queries and respond to their requirements promptly and fairly Use your overall general knowledge, and skills to repair hydraulics and tools Follow up on outside supply orders and maintain accurate records of purchases Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all tools including their locations within the Supply Centre Maintain sound working relationships with all members of the service and parts departments Ensure the Supply Centre area is clean, tidy, and secure at all times Practice and promote company WHS policies and processes at all times Plan and organise own work in support of achieving the team's priorities Other Details This role is fulltime Monday - Friday, and is located in the Northern suburbs, with on-site parking and potential for future growth. The salary guide is $75 - 85K and is commensurate with skills and experience.
