The HR Advisor role is a unique opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to join our world-class HR team supporting the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations across ANZ. This is a full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement working 4 days a week on-site at our Toongabbie site and remotely 1 day a week. Responsibilities: Guiding managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and effective approachesResolving employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance managementFacilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organizationIdentifying training needs and assisting in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledgeSupporting the HR Manager in administering employee benefits programs, including salary reviews, TRP process, and general queriesEnsuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and assist in HR audits and reportingMaintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, contracts, and policiesCollaborating on HR projects, such as policy development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
