Are you ready to lead compliance initiatives and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic education environment? As the RTO Governance Lead at GOTAFE, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, embedding best practices, and fostering a culture of accountability. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to manage compliance systems, oversee third-party arrangements, and proactively mitigate risks to support the organisation's long-term success.
ResponsibilitiesAs the successful candidate you will have:
A qualification in education, business administration, compliance management, or a related field.Extensive experience in compliance management within an RTO or similar environment.Strong knowledge of legislative and regulatory frameworks related to vocational education.Proven ability to develop and implement compliance systems that align with strategic goals.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.A proactive approach to risk management and continuous improvement.If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:
A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)A current Driver's Licence (Car).The salary range for this position is $108,038-$117,689 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
