Job Description
As a D365 CRM Solution Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in helping unlock the full potential of Microsoft's powerful CRM platform. You'll be the technical mastermind behind successful implementations, ensuring every solution is architecturally sound, efficient, and perfectly aligned with the unique business needs that are required.
This would be for a Melbourne based project so this position would require you to be based in Melbourne.
Qualifications
* A seasoned professional with strong demonstrable experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level, specifically Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
* A holder of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Consulting or relevant work experience over multiple years
* A persuasive communicator who can effectively present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* A master of multitasking, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver exceptional results.
* A skilled meeting facilitator who can keep discussions productive and engaging for all team members and sponsors.
* A technical mastermind with the ability to evaluate, design, and implement robust Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions.
* An expert translator who can bridge the gap between technical jargon and clear, easy-to-understand business concepts.
* An analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills.
* A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
* An autonomous and creative thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment.
