Role Responsibilities: As a Business Development Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving the company's growth and success.

Role Requirements: Related degree/qualification or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in a BDM, Pre-Construction, Renovations, Leadership role in a similar construction sector.
Well-established network of clients and relationships within the sector(s).
Proven/tangible track record of securing new tender opportunities on projects in related sectors.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including operation and management teams.
Ability to direct, motivate, mentor, lead and bring out the best in the internal client relations team.

Resilience and organizational agility.
Strong negotiation and critical analysis skills.
