The Role As the Digital Marketing specialist, you'll be part of a close-knit, high-performing team of four that values collaboration, excellence, and strategic growth.
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will manage the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across paid social, search, and performance media channels, working with agency partners and internal teams to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all digital paid media initiatives (Meta, Google Search, and programmatic) to drive consumer engagement, with a strong focus on day-to-day management of campaigns and maximising brand reach.
Track and analyse performance metrics to optimise digital activity, working closely with agency partners to ensure top-tier execution across channels.
Partner with the internal content and video production teams to create impactful, relevant assets for digital campaigns.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including trade, digital acquisition, and EDM teams, to synchronize digital marketing efforts across all consumer touchpoints.
About You We're looking for a skilled digital marketer with a proven track record in paid media execution and campaign management.
You are analytical, commercially minded, and able to prioritise projects effectively.
You bring enthusiasm, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to dive into an ambitious role with high visibility across the organisation.
3+ years' experience in digital marketing, with expertise in managing paid media across Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with a focus on KPI tracking, ROI, and campaign performance insights.
Experience with digital tools, including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other media reporting dashboards.
Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams, ideally in a performance-driven environment.
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for building brand awareness and driving direct-to-consumer (D2C) engagement.
