Remuneration: ASO5 – Salary Range ($85,790 - $95,413 p.a.) About the opportunity: Contributing to workforce reporting through extracting data from various systems and platforms, reviewing the integrity of the data, resolving anomalies, and preparing reports to senior management and executives to meet regular and ad hoc reporting needs. Preparing data analysis of workforce data to senior management and executives. Undertaking workforce compliance activities relating to bonafide and leave reports, Timewise and HR21, and other HR related processes. You will be reporting to the Principal Workforce Reporting Analyst. About you To be successful you will have: High level skills and experience in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, charts and pivot tables) Experience in the use of software packages such as CHRIS21 and Timewise, or similar. Experience in coordinating and delivering workforce and agency performance data compilation, filtering, analysis, integrity and fit for purpose reporting functions. Experience in leading a team of people to achieve service delivery excellence and a culture of continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to work under broad direction, both independently and within a team, and exercise independent judgement, delegated authority and a significant level of responsibility and decision making to plan, prioritise and organise work to meet competing priorities and deadlines. High level written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively, and prepare and deliver sensitive information and advice to a range of audiences with honesty, integrity and a high attention to detail. High level interpersonal skills, and ability to build constructive business relationships with peers, staff and stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in the application of the relevant legislation, policies and procedures, including Code of Ethics, EEO and cultural inclusion.
