You will work alongside 80+ other dedicated Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division, performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types. We provide the opportunity for every clinician to build a caseload that aligns with their skills and interests. More importantly, you will work with an amazing group of clients, playing an integral part in their personal growth and development.
Responsibilities
The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include:
1. Skill building and capacity building
2. Functional assessments
3. Sensory assessments
4. Assistive technology assessments
5. Home and living assessments
6. Home modification assessments
You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics.
Graduate Program
You will be eligible to participate in ORS’ six-month tailored new graduate program. This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training, and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia. Many of our leaders started with ORS in our Graduate Program!

Minimum Requirements
A few requirements:
1. Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
2. Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
3. A car and license
4. A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one for a client-facing role
