What You’ll Do
* Support Store Operations – Assist in daily tasks to ensure a seamless and welcoming customer experience.
* Customer Guidance – Help fit and dispense frames, recommend lenses, and provide tailored optical solutions.
* Optical Expertise – Interpret prescriptions, troubleshoot glasses issues, and cut and edge lenses with guided training.
* Precision & Organisation – Maintain accurate records, manage stock, and process orders efficiently.
* Team Collaboration – Work closely with optometrists and dispensers to deliver outstanding customer care.
About You
* Must have – Optical retail experience plus background in a leadership role.
* Customer-focused – Passionate about delivering great service and creating positive experiences.
* Detail-oriented – Organised and proactive in managing daily store operations.
