The Role
Due to strong growth within Tread Group, we are looking for a highly skilled leader to join our Operations Team in a full-time role reporting to the General Manager. We're searching for someone who has previous experience in events, project management and/or operations within a similar field. This position requires an eye for detail, time management, problem solving skills and overall patience to succeed.
Qualifications required: AQF Diploma or Advance Diploma
Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar Project Coordinator role.
This role involves leading an onsite team, managing client relationships, and overseeing pre-event planning with management support. Responsibilities include coordinating the loading and unloading of large trucks, delivering hire items such as marquees, tables, and chairs, and ensuring smooth event setup. Additionally, the role requires implementing and managing onsite Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) to maintain safety and compliance.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
o Collaborating with other professionals, owners, and other stakeholders to ensure objectives are achieved
o Reviewing and arranging new office accommodations
o Collecting and analysing project-related data, then reporting on outcomes
o Preparing and evaluating reports and submissions related to organizational activities
o Managing documentation for contracts, programs, projects, and provided services
o Responding to inquiries and addressing issues related to contracts, programs, projects, services, and impacted individuals
o Advising senior management on key matters and executing their decisions
o Overseeing contractor work and reporting any variations to work orders
o Developing, reviewing, and negotiating modifications to contracts, programs, projects, and services
o Managing project schedules, deadlines, and resources
o Tracking project progress and making sure tasks are completed on time

A salary between $80,000 - $85,000 will be offered to the successful candidates.
