This role encompasses the entire project lifecycle, requiring the PM to effectively plan, execute, and deliver projects while adhering to established timelines, budgetary constraints, and defined scopes, all in alignment with overarching business priorities.Success in this pivotal position is defined by the achievement of excellent project delivery and the cultivation of strong stakeholder engagement, with the ultimate benchmark of success being the tangible realisation of the project's intended benefits.About YouYou will be a highly accomplished Project Manager with a breadth of experience in project management roles. You will possess a strong and demonstrable track record of successfully managing and delivering projects to agreed quality standards, within budget, and adhering to strict schedule constraints. This includes significant experience working on projects related to corporate systems and applications (SAP experience desirable). Experience in electricity infrastructure or a similar industry is highly regarded.Proficient in applying robust project management methodologies across diverse projects, backed by extensive practical experience, professional networking, ongoing research, and continuous professional development. Possessing a solid understanding of various software development lifecycles (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative) and a deep understanding of project management knowledge and techniques.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are complemented by outstanding facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Adept at proactively identifying potential risks and developing effective solutions in dynamic situations, demonstrating comfort navigating ambiguity, frequent change, and unpredictability. A proven history of achievement in delivering successful project outcomes within large and complex environments, including significant experience in business systems projects involving diverse end-user groups.Furthermore, experienced in leading and developing team capabilities, coaching and advising managers, while cultivating a performance-based and customer-focused work culture. Possessing superior interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders (including vendors) at both strategic and operational levels to achieve positive business outcomes, and demonstrates a flexible approach to working hours, including after-hours commitments.
